I was talking to a friend last week who has been taking Korean Red Ginseng for a few months now. He was using it in place of some of the big name ED drugs with great success. About 2 years ago, he whipped prostate cancer and found a need for some type of ED drug.
His supply ran out a couple of weeks ago so I ordered a new bottle of Korean Red Ginseng for him from Progena, but we had failed to get together and deliver it to him. He had been a little under the weather and was feeling pretty tired. After we talked for a while, we realized that he started feeling tired shortly after his supply of Korean Red Ginseng ran out!
We are scheduled to get together this week… Think I may try some myself, LOL

A few friends and I decided we would do an impromptu camp out last weekend. Just north of Albuquerque, there's a nice lake tucked into the foothills of the mountains. It was a warm weekend so we figured why not? No fresh snow to ski on so may as well enjoy the outdoors some other way.
Problem is, with all the warm weather, the junipers are dumping out pollen and the area where we camped was full of… junipers! I was very happy to discover that my immune system had been trained very well, thank you, by my use of Allergena. All the other campers were sneezy and weepy, while I had only very mild allergy symptoms.
Just further proof that regular training of your immune system with a homeopathic such as Allergena is the best answer for seasonal allergy relief!

My son runs track for his high school. They start practice at the beginning of February, about the same time that the spring winds start to kick up in the desert southwest. I remembered how miserable he was last track season with his allergies and reminded him of it. I have been using Allergena for well over a year now and convinced him he should try it this season instead of the over the counter stuff. I have to admit, he is getting smarter! His allergies had already begun to bother him a couple of weeks back when he began using the zone 6 Allergena. As of the last few days, he is pretty much symptom free. Sure, he still sneezes once in a while, when the pollen count screams sky high (I get an email every day to watch it). But he hasn't had to go for the over the counter back up once so far. I am proud that he is bright enough to take a pro-active approach to his health. This is the main stumbling block for most people with regard to homeopathy. It requires that you think about your health and do the right thing ahead of time, not just pop some pill when you feel symptoms. Your reward is lower cost treatments, no side effects, and a much better state of general health!

There are so many different types of pain relief cream out there that it can be difficult to choose. For most of my life I used the heat type of pain relief creams. I recently stumbled on a reason to avoid these, aside form the fact that they don't work very well. I had gotten a massage earlier in the day and the masseuse had used a heat type of cream as part of the massage. Later in the day I went out to do some yard work and worked up a good sweat. Within a few minutes of beginning to perspire, I felt an intense burning on my upper back and shoulders. It was quite uncomfortable. Apparently this is a common reaction to creams with various heat types of ingredients.
This brings up a subject talked about with surprise by many users of Ibupro-10. Since there is no capsaicin or menthol in it, most people don't realize it's working. The conversation usually goes something like this - "I put the Ibupro on and went about my business. After a while I noticed the pain was gone!" They are surprised because they didn't feel anything when the applied the ibupro. No odor, no heat, just pain free muscles in about 5 minutes or so. This stuff is great!

Korean Ginseng, Korean Red Ginseng, or Panax ginseng, it's a natural substance. By all these names, it has been gaining reputation as a great alternative to other substances for treating erectile dysfunction. But what's not commonly known is that it has many other health benefits. After getting involved in promoting Korean Red Ginseng from Progena, I had a friend who had gone through prostate treatment and he wanted to try it. He had been using one of the mega ED drugs and wasn't very happy with the effects it had on him. After trying Korean Red Ginseng for just a couple of weeks, not only was he happy with the ED response but he said he was amazed at the new energy levels he had. Walking, working, whatever, he felt great!
As I mentioned this to other people, I found that Korean Red Ginseng is commonly used for increasing energy levels and general immune health. Not a bad side effect!

There's a common belief that your allergies will go away when you get the first freeze. I guess the logic is that the cold kills the flowering of plants, therefore no more pollen. I used to think the same for myself. About 6 weeks ago I stopped taking my Allergena thinking fall was here and also that I built up some good immune resistance to my allergies. After all, I had been pretty much allergy free for several months after starting the use of Allergena early in the season. Well, I was wrong. Within two weeks I was feeling the symptoms again. The good news is that using Allergena a couple of times a week seems to be taking care of the problem. Given the low cost of this product compared to other types of allergy relief, I guess it's not a big deal!

It's always refreshing to see stories about double blind tests conducted at reputable institutions that conclude that homeopathic and or natural cures do indeed work. I get so tired of all the nay Sayers who claim otherwise when I know from personal experience that these products can provide relief in many cases.
Here's an article about the supportive findings of a test of boswellia serrata in aiding pain caused from Osteoarthritis.

As you can read from the study, the findings were positive and significant. Say no to main stream medical practice once in a while and take charge of your health!

My friend Andy makes custom furniture for a living. He frequently becomes sore and achy in his arms and hands, especially when he has to do a lot of assembly work with the screw gun. It's a pretty physical job all in all, and pain relief for sore muscles is an important issue for him. I gave him a tube of Ibupro - 10 Plus over the holidays and told him to give it a try and tell me what he thought about the product. I saw him a few days ago and asked him what he thought about the topical ibuprofen cream. He's a straight shooter kind of guy so I knew I'd get the honest scoop from him. He said "That stuff really works well! I rub a little on my hands when I get home in the evening and the muscle pain and aches are gone in just a few minutes" Another happy Ibupro customer for life!

I have suffered for years from what I would call minor allergies. I only have sneezing and congestion occasionally. My typical symptoms are drainage, creating a pesky cough and discomfort in the throat. As part of my effort to explore homeopathic remedies for various health issues, I decided to try some of the Allergena made by Progena. Allergena is made for specific regions of the country. You choose the mix designed to provide allergy relief for the specific area where you live. I had mentioned the product to my friend Wendy one day while we were talking about her use of the Ibupro product made by Progena in her business as a licensed massage therapist. Although she had been using the Ibupro for a week or so at the time it had just clicked that she had been a satisfied customer of Progena products for years. Every time she noticed her allergies kicking in she started using zone 6 Allergena. She said the stuff worked great. I've only been using it now for about a week and a half. The concept of homeopathy generally means that results are slow in coming. Time is needed for the ingredients to work through your immune system. However, in my case I noticed a definite decrease in my sinus drainage in just a few days. I'm not even a good patient. The directions call for 2 to 3 doses per day. Some days I forget completely, and I don't think I have ever used it three times in one day. As I write this almost two weeks after beginning use of the Allergena my sinuses are dry as a bone, a rare occurrence for me. I'll do another follow up post in a month or so and let you know how it has worked. It seems like it is going to be a very safe and cost effective solution for my allergy relief at this point.

When I first talked with the owners of Progena about marketing we discussed what types of pain could be effectively treated by Ibupro. The owner made the comment that he didn't think it would be very effective for relief of arthritis. With this thought in mind, I wasn't sure what to expect when I gave a tube of Ibupro to my friend Joanne. She had started wearing a brace on her left wrist lately. When I asked her what was wrong she replied that she was suffering from osteoarthritis. Aside from the implications for her career as a dentist, she is a very active woman. She teaches yoga at a local health club and participates in lots of outdoor activities including river rafting, her passion. As we discussed the pain in her wrist and ideas she had for treating it, her concern was apparent. She had tried another topical cream and had experienced little in the way of relief. She was planning on seeking professional medical help but didn't seem very optimistic on the outcome. I gave her a tube of Ibupro and asked her to give it a try and see what would happen. I saw her a couple of days later and she wasn't wearing the brace. The Ibupro had produced almost immediate results. She was pain free and very happy! A short time later she became a customer of mine, recommending Ibupro to all of her patients and rubbing it on "anyone who would stand still long enough!"
This is a must have in your medicine cabinet!
