- Allergy Relief for the Fall Season – It's time to Act!
It's that time of year again when the pollen counts start climbing as the weeds and trees begin the process into winter. If you're like most people, you wait until you start suffering then you pound down those expensive over the counter allergy remedies. You know, the ones that make you feel like your sinuses live in Death Valley? Some of them even give you a little buzz, making normal things like driving a challenge!

- Allergena Provides Allergy Relief for those High Pollen Count Days
A few friends and I decided we would do an impromptu camp out last weekend. Just north of Albuquerque, there's a nice lake tucked into the foothills of the mountains. It was a warm weekend so we figured why not? No fresh snow to ski on so may as well enjoy the outdoors some other way.

- Allergena Working for the Spring Winds in the Southwest
My son runs track for his high school. They start practice at the beginning of February, about the same time that the spring winds start to kick up in the desert southwest. I remembered how miserable he was last track season with his allergies and reminded him of it. I have been using Allergena for well over a year now and convinced him he should try it this season instead of the over the counter stuff. I have to admit, he is getting smarter! His allergies had already begun to bother him a couple of weeks back when he began using the zone 6 Allergena. As of the last few days, he is pretty much symptom free. Sure, he still sneezes once in a while, when the pollen count screams sky high (I get an email every day to watch it). But he hasn't had to go for the over the counter back up once so far. I am proud that he is bright enough to take a pro-active approach to his health. This is the main stumbling block for most people with regard to homeopathy. It requires that you think about your health and do the right thing ahead of time, not just pop some pill when you feel symptoms. Your reward is lower cost treatments, no side effects, and a much better state of general health!

- A Reminder that Many Allergies Don't Stop with the First Freeze of the Season
There's a common belief that your allergies will go away when you get the first freeze. I guess the logic is that the cold kills the flowering of plants, therefore no more pollen. I used to think the same for myself. About 6 weeks ago I stopped taking my Allergena thinking fall was here and also that I built up some good immune resistance to my allergies. After all, I had been pretty much allergy free for several months after starting the use of Allergena early in the season. Well, I was wrong. Within two weeks I was feeling the symptoms again. The good news is that using Allergena a couple of times a week seems to be taking care of the problem. Given the low cost of this product compared to other types of allergy relief, I guess it's not a big deal!
