Ibuprofen Topical Cream

Get Pain Relief for Routine Muscle Aches with Topical Ibuprofen Cream

My friend Andy makes custom furniture for a living. He frequently becomes sore and achy in his arms and hands, especially when he has to do a lot of assembly work with the screw gun. It’s a pretty physical job all in all, and pain relief for sore muscles is an important issue for him. I gave him a tube of Ibupro - 10 Plus over the holidays and told him to give it a try and tell me what he thought about the product. I saw him a few days ago and asked him what he thought about the topical ibuprofen cream. He’s a straight shooter kind of guy so I knew I’d get the honest scoop from him. He said “That stuff really works well! I rub a little on my hands when I get home in the evening and the muscle pain and aches are gone in just a few minutes” Another happy Ibupro customer for life!

Ibupro Topical Ibuprofen Cream Relieves Osteoarthritis

When I first talked with the owners of Progena about marketing Ibupro-10 Plus, we discussed what types of pain could be effectively treated by Ibupro. The owner made the comment that he didn’t think it would be very effective for relief of arthritis. With this thought in mind, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I gave a tube of Ibupro to my friend Joanne.  She had started wearing a brace on her left wrist lately.  When I asked her what was wrong she replied that she was suffering from osteoarthritis.  Aside from the implications for her career as a dentist, she is a very active woman.  She teaches yoga at a local health club and participates in lots of outdoor activities including river rafting, her passion.  As we discussed the pain in her wrist and ideas she had for treating it, her concern was apparent.  She had tried another topical cream and had experienced little in the way of relief.  She was planning on seeking professional medical help but didn’t seem very optimistic on the outcome.  I gave her a tube of Ibupro and asked her to give it a try and see what would happen.  I saw her a couple of days later and she wasn’t wearing the brace.  The Iburo had produced almost immediate results.  She was pain free and very happy!

A short time later she became a customer of mine, recommending Ibupro to all of her patients and rubbing it on “anyone who stands still long enough”.

As my use of ibupro continues with various acquaintances and friends I continue to be impressed by the effectiveness of this product.  This is a must have in your medicine cabinet!

Ibupro-10 Topical Ibuprofen Cream Even Helps for Stupidity!

Actually, it helps take care of the after effects of stupidity.  One night a couple of weeks ago, I was doing some hiking with friends in the foothills near where I live.  It was about midnight and very dark.  As we came down from the forest land into the residential area, we had to cross someones driveway.   As I approached the edge of the driveway, I saw that I was about 5 or 6 feet above it and there was a small area of what appeared to be 5″ tall ground cover bush.  Rather than walking around to where the jump would have been much less I made the choice to go for it here.  Bad idea.  The 5″ tall ground cover was actually about a foot and a half deep!  Needless to say and crashed and burned severely.  Ripped the skin off of both palms as a splayed forward onto the asphalt.  Lots of bleeding the rest of the way home…  The next morning when I hopped out of bed I realized that I had seriously tweaked my left ankle as well.  It was painful to walk for sure.  I looked at it and there was no swelling or bruise. Hmmmm  I went for the Ibupro and put a small dab just below my ankle bone and rubbed it in.  Within about 3-5 minutes I could feel a major change.  I was about 80-90 percent pain free.  I was amazed!  That night when I went to bed I could tell it was wearing off so I hit it with another shot of the cream.  When I got up in the morning there was no pain!  It was sore to the touch but no discomfort at all while walking.  Now I’m 52 years old.  And while I am a pretty fit guy I have grow accustomed to the concept that when I injure some part of my body it takes a lot longer to heal then when I was a lad.  I’m not sure what or how or why, but I know for sure that if I had just let it heal by itself  I would have had pain for many days, probably well over a week.  The particular combination of ingredients in this cream really impressed me.  My medicine cabinet will never be without a tube!

Consider a Multi Layered Approach to Conquer TMJ Disorder

There is a lot of information available on the subject of TMJ, or temporomandibular joint disorder. However, many sites do not give a complete picture to work with.  The probable causes of TMJ syndrome can vary widely from injuries to the jaw area, to stress, or even problems with your bite.  TMJ symptoms include headaches, muscle pain in the neck, shoulders, and back, and the resultant weakening of ones general state of health resulting from loss of sleep.

Most professionals who deal with patients suffering from TMJ agree that TMJ treatment should include several aspects.  A dentist experienced in TMJ treatment is always a good first step.  They can check your bite and help correct it if needed.  Most times however, treatment can be effective through the use of exercises and deep tissue massage, combined with a topical ibuprofen cream to reduce inflammation.  While the use of a topical ibuprofen cream for TMJ syndrome is somewhat new, health care professionals have known for a long time that reducing inflammation is key to fast recovery of many pain related issues.  The recent introduction of topical ibuprofen creams has provided a very fast method of reducing muscle inflammation while alleviating concerns with the gastro intestinal system.  Once the muscle inflammation has been reduced, a good Licensed Massage Therapist can speed the healing process with deep tissue massage.

If you happen to live in or near Albuquerque, NM, you can contact Dr. Joanne Allen, DDS, PC at (505) 293-7611.  She has extensive experience in helping patients deal with TMJ Syndrome.  For information on deep tissue massage in the Albuquerque area contact Wendy Waters, LMT (watersnt@gmail.com) at (505) 857-0888.  Wendy has had much success working with Dr. Allen’s patients in the treatment of TMJ syndrome.

Topical Ibuprofen Cream Provides Fast Relief for Aches Caused by Common Colds and Other Bugs

A good friend of mine caught a bug from her son last week. We knew it was the same bug because of the unusual symptoms. It started with a lower back ache, lack of appetite, and low energy levels. There was virtually no fever, no coughing or sneezing. After about 4 or 5 days all was well again. Sort of a strange bug. The interesting part was what happened with her lower back pain. On the first full day of her symptoms we decided to try some IbuPRO-10 Plus topical ibuprofen cream on her back. To be honest, I was skeptical that it would work for her. We had both experienced some amazing results using IbuPRO-10 Plus for pain relief in the recent past. But I figured since this pain was being caused by some bug and not related to muscle injury or arthritis there would be no help for her. Was I wrong! I applied a small amount the topical ibuprofen cream to her lower back, on each side of her spine. I put the lid back on the tube and we walked around the corner of the kitchen into the living room. When I looked at her she had a strange look on her face. I thought something was wrong! When I asked her what was up she said “I can’t believe it, the pain is almost gone” This was literally within two minutes of applying the IbuPRO-10 Plus. I am not a doctor, and I don’t understand the mechanism for pain caused by colds and bugs. But I do know that this topical ibuprofen cream provides the same fast relief that it does for other types of muscle pain!

Keep Your Immune System Healthy and It Will Do the Same for You!

Often times, responsibility can be a pain in the back side. It generally means doing something because we have to, not because we want to. This concept can easily be extended to our modus operandi when it comes to taking care of our physical plant, i.e. - our health.

If we were responsible about the way we treated our health, we’d do everything possible to strengthen our immune system. However, much of the average persons daily lifestyle habit is counter to good immune health in nature. We stress our bodies on every level. In many cases we immerse them in toxic environments. We eat too much grease, too much sugar. Most of the time we get too little exercise. When we get sick we take drugs that leave our gastrointestinal tract out of whack.

If you’re serious about your health, it’s time to wake up and smell the roses. Our immune system is becoming an ever increasingly interesting issue when it comes to our health. That’s because it’s at the root of so many problems when it isn’t working right.

So start thinking about becoming responsible for the health of your immune system. It’s not easy, kind of a pain sometimes. But if you take care of it , it will return the favor. Check back here soon for more thoughts on the subject. I hope to be of some help.

Don’t Poison Your Body with Excessive Ibuprofen Usage

Some may think the term poison is a little off base! Here’s a quick wikipedia definition for the term poison - “In the context of biology, poisons are substances that can cause damage, illness, or death to organisms, usually by chemical reaction or other activity on the molecular scale, when a sufficient quantity is absorbed by an organism.”

Aspirin, ibuprofen and naproxen belong to a class of drugs called Nsaids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, which inhibit the enzymes that make chemicals that cause inflammation and perform various other tasks throughout the body. An article in the New York Times citing a report from the New England Journal of Medicine states that stomach and intestinal problems caused by Nsaids account for more than 100,000 hospitalizations each year and 16,500 deaths.

I don’t know about you, but I think that would qualify as a poison in my book. And that data was from a study conducted in 1997! I suspect the numbers are worse now. So what’s a person to do?? If you are taking Ibuprofen for relief of localized muscle pain or arthritis, you should consider a topical Ibuprofen cream. It works very fast and avoids the internal complications associated with ingesting pills. Sure, there are times when the pain may be too wide spread to use a cream. But when that’s not the case why not give your system a break, don’t eat the pills just rub it on!!
